Shipping Policy
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed will begin processing the following business day. Shipments are handled for most orders by UPS (or the most cost efficient transit service depending on the products ordered) and are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Please note that processing and shipping times exclude weekends and major holidays.
Tracking information will be provided using your preferred contact method and can be accessed via the shipping carrier’s website. Kindly note that all delivery timelines are estimates.
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping courier and left our facility, responsibility for its delivery lies with the carrier. As a third party, we have access only to the same tracking information as you, the customer. If your package is lost or missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
Please note that this policy applies to domestic orders within the U.S. only, as we do not currently offer international shipping.
